RULE 20 - Video Conferences or hearing

A party in a case may be permitted to participate in a conference or hearing by video conference, due to geographic distance, incarceration, or other reason which, in the discretion of the court, may impose an undue hardship on the party to personally appear in court. All hearings shall be recorded in accordance with Local Rule 19.
